1. Work experience in a carbon fiber and fiberglass composite material manufacturing plant;
2. Familiar with impregnation, curing and other equipment and production processes; familiar with common resins;
3. Familiar with the production and quality management processes of non-woven fabrics or composite materials;
4. Able to understand mechanical and electrical drawings, and have equipment management capabilities;
5. Familiar with relevant product testing techniques;
6. Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, textile engineering, materials science and engineering, etc. are preferred;
7. Those familiar with phenolic resin curing processes are preferred;
8. Possessing an innovative spirit, a continuous improvement philosophy, perseverance, honesty, and a broad perspective.
