• Product quality control plan
We fully comply with the strict requirements of IATF 16949:2016 international automotive industry quality management system standard, Implement Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final product inspection (Final Quality Control). FQC) comprehensive control system.
We strictly control every process in the production process to ensure that the product quality is impeccable. The sampling inspection strategy is scientifically planned in strict accordance with GB2828 "Counting Sampling Inspection Procedures", and the main process covers the following key links.


Incoming Quality Control
(IQC)

Strict physical, chemical and property testis conducted on all incoming raw materials to ensure that established specifications and quality standards are met.



In-Process Quality Control
(IPQC)

In the production process set up a number of inspection points, the use of aperture analyzer, four-probe resistivity tester and other testing instruments, real-time monitoring and sampling inspection of semi-finished products, timely detection and correction of production deviations, to prevent the production of defective products.

Final Quality Control
(FQC)

Mutiple inspection points are set up during the production process, and test instuments such as aperture analyzers and four-probe resistivity testers are used to conduct real-time monitoring and sampling inspection of semi-finished products.
Therefore, production deviations can be discovered and corrected in time to prevent the production of defective products.

• Product traceability
We use the digital factory intelligence system to build the whole process database, through the "first in first out" of raw materials and finished products, scientific process control, to achieve a comprehensive product traceability management system, improve product traceability efficiency, to minimize positioning defects, maximize to meet customer needs.
