The Lnnewpower carbon paper products achieve high electrical and thermal conductivity as well as reliable mechanical support capacity. The products can effectively improve the mass transfer and diffusion of liquid-gas phase between bipolar plate flow field and catalyst layer.

The Lnnewpower always adheres to customer demand-oriented principle. Parameters of product, which include thickness, porosity, pore size distribution, hydrophilicity & hydrophobicity and so on, can be customized and adjusted. High Conductivity

The products possess excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, which can reduce ohmic polarization loss and increase the efficiency of electrochemical reaction.

Effective Mass Transport Management

By controlling the porosity, pore size distribution and pore structure, combining with hydrophobic or hydrophilic modification, the products gain excellent permeability and proper hydrophobicity. During the operation of electrochemical equipment, the products can facilitate the input, diffusion and output of reactants and resultants, reduce concentration loss in region with high electrochemical reaction rate.

Robust Mechanical Support

The composite structure of product provides adequate mechanical support and deformation resistance. According to requirement for assembly of different electrochemical equipment, products with proper thickness, strength, porosity and compressibility can be supplied.

Smooth Surface

The microporous layer of products possess smooth surface and low surface roughness,which have positive effect on interface between substrate and catalyst layer in membrane electrode assembly (MEA), the contact resistance between gas diffusion layer and catalyst layer is improved meanwhile. The smooth surface also fits the catalyst coated substrate (CCS) or catalyst coated membrane (CCM) technologies.

Impurity Control

By selection of raw material, optimization of equipment and control of manufacturing process, the concentration of elements from impurity which cause the contamination of polymer electrolyte membrane is strictly controlled. The stability and lifetime of electrochemical equipment can be guaranteed.
